2021 ACHE Awards Recipients Announced

Annually, ACHE Regents have the privilege of awarding outstanding healthcare executives within their respective chapters that have the respect of ACHE, their peers, and the community.

For the Early Careerist Healthcare Executive Award, the recipient demonstrates a high level of leadership ability within the ACHE chapter as well as their organization. She has been pivotal in promoting events with the Rochester ACHE Local Program Council by bringing forward creative ideas and topics as well recently moving to the HCMACNY Board of Directors. Please congratulate the 2021 Early Career award recipient, Erin Lemcke-Berno.

The Senior-Level Healthcare Executive award is given to a senior level executive that has shown strong leadership, an openness to develop others in the healthcare profession, and demonstrates participation in ACHE activities with a goal of advancing the organization. This year’s recipient has participated on the HCMACNY Board of Directors, most notably with many years developing and leading the Education Committee, resulting in many of the successful events that HCMACNY has promoted over many years. This year’s recipient is Dr. Bertine McKenna, FACHE. Congratulations!
